While the offers below will apply to most cases described, every case is unique, and it may be that providing the representation you need cannot be accomplished within the pricing guidelines set forth below.

Want to move up to having a lawyer show up with you in court but want to keep the cost fixed? If your divorce is going to be reasonably amicable and doesn’t involve complex financial issues, you can take advantage of our flat rate plans. One payment, and you’re covered the whole way through. (An intake interview is required to qualify and these rates only cover BadgerLawyer legal fees and in-house costs and expenses.) No children, $3000. With children, $5000.
