OWI: Badger Value

As with all Badger Values, please remember that these prices are quoted for the “typical” case. While the offers below will apply to most cases described, every case is unique, and it may be that providing the representation you need cannot be accomplished within the pricing guidelines set forth below.

First time OWI Special

1st time OWI – $550. Includes:

Obtain police reports
Evaluate legality of police conduct
If justified, file motion to suppress and prosecute it
Evaluate whether case should go to trial
Negotiate plea agreement
Make most court appearances for you
Does not include trial, appeals, or expert fees, if needed.

Total Warfare

Total Warfare. Can’t stand the idea of being convicted of an OWI? Want to fight it tooth and nail, every step of the way, to the bitter end? The Badger can’t promise you victory, but he can give you every fighting chance. This package includes:

Obtain police reports
Evaluate legality of police conduct
Unless clearly frivolous, file motion to suppress and prosecute it
Investigate validity of any prior convictions and challenge them
Search for any motions that can be filed and pursue them
Make most court appearances for you
Prepare you for the witness stand
Aggressive trial defense
Post-verdict motions, as needed
Does not include appeals or expert fees, court reporters or transcripts costs, if needed. It also does not include re-trials or second trials, in the rare case those occur.

Pricing for total warfare depends on the level of offense. First time OWIs are $2550. Misdemeanor OWIs are $3250-$4250, felony OWIs are $5000 and up, depending on the case. This offer does not apply to accident and injury cases.
