The Criminal Badger Value

As with all Badger Values, please remember that these prices are quoted for the “typical” case. While the offers below will apply to most cases described, every case is unique, and it may be that providing the representation you need cannot be accomplished within the pricing guidelines set forth below.

The In Depth Consultation

You can’t afford a lawyer, but you want to know your options. The BadgerLawyer will review your case and provide an in depth analysis of all the legal strategies and pitfalls. He’ll explain to you every possible defense and evaluate whether the plea you are being offered is a fair one. He’ll give you suggestions on how to best represent yourself in court, and answer any questions you have. The In Depth entitles you to one hour long meeting with us, and however much time it takes us before the meeting to review and evaluate any case materials you provide.

Misdemeanors: $300.
Class F – I Felonies: $450.
Class C – E Felonies: $600.
Class A – B Felonies: $900.

We Got Your Back

You don’t want to pay full price for a lawyer to represent you in court, but it would be nice to have a law firm help you with your case. We’ll make you a file, prepare standard motions for your signature, guide you on how to represent yourself, and help out behind the scenes anyway we can.
