As with all Badger Values, please remember that these prices are quoted for the “typical” case. While the offers below will apply to most cases described, every case is unique, and it may be that providing the representation you need cannot be accomplished within the pricing guidelines set forth below.

Our standard contingent rate is 28%, more than 5% less than the industry minimum of 1/3 (33.33%), and 12% less than the industry standard 40%. If your case settled for $100,000, that’s $5300 - $12,000 more for you. This fee provides complete litigation of your personal injury case, including the Badger fronting all the expenses associated with the case, such as filing fees and deposition costs. You take no financial risk in pursuing your rights. You repay those extra costs out of your settlement when you get it.

We will reduce our rate even more – to 25% – if you are able to deposit enough money with our firm to cover expenses (usually $1000 - $2000) at the beginning of your case. The discount plan provides the same high quality representation as the standard plan, but you take on some of the risk by covering expenses. In exchange for you sharing the risk, we reduce our share to 25%. That means more money in your pocket.

Please be aware that a case evaluation is required prior to these rates being available. More complex or unusual cases may not qualify. Most typical accident cases, however, will.
